A Season of Snow

One of my objectives of photography is to capture the beauty of my surroundings, whether dead or living, man made or man destroyed, it is all about the splendor evoked within the frame. This series specifically focuses on snow, and all that it encompasses. I want to show snow in all of its glory and in its desolation; from the texture of newly fallen snow, to snow freezing on the water, and to snows pure ability to change its surroundings. Snow creates a pallet of contrast, texture, and perspective that is exciting to explore. It creates pictures that are full of endless possibilities, but only last for a short period of time. Please enjoy each moment of the snow as a snapshot of a time that will soon melt away.
